In order to access the abuse center, it is a 2 step process. First, you would need to be authentified from your client area:

Once logged in you may access the Abuse center directly from the Manager dropdown menu or by going to this link: 

https://www.host-stage.net/client-area/index.php?m=abuse

You'll find the list of current and archives cases on which you'll need be able to answer and attend to.
