The SSH access is jailed in order to limit it to your account only.
In order to enable it you would need to open a support ticket through your client area requesting your SSH access.
Your access will be enabled under 24 hours.
Yes, your customers from your reseller web hosting account can also benefit from their jailed SSH access.
In order to enable it for them, you would also need to raise a support ticket mentionning the concerned account where you want the Shell access to be enabled.
